Jason Cruz is a man that came from no high end education, no support cast, no direction to a bright future. Through years of development I've gained more than what I've lost and I will confidently say that I'm at a higher position in my life. Sometimes my choice of words may not be politically correct but the intentions are from the heart.
When I decided to build PNW Studios in 2014 my vision was pretty straight forward - to educate those of the truth on how difficult yet satisfying it is to achieve their health and wellness goal(s) through accountability, discipline and consistency.
Through my 20+ years of experience in the health and fitness industry I've learned a lot with my own journey, workshops, online tutorials, professional colleagues and past/current clients. Some who see me without an education degree as weakness, I make up in my ability to understand human behavior with what the necessary steps need to be implemented to have clients discover for themselves on another level not thought possible - a holistic method so to speak (mental, physical, social and spiritual)

Here is where most of the magic happens, through the information provided with your everyday lifestyle habits we provide you with a custom nutrition program that is geared towards your goal(s). It can be either through basic calorie counting or more advanced macro counting - again it's based on your lifestyle if your WILLING to put in the efforts.
Exercise is a natural and effective anti-anxiety treatment. It relieves tension and stress, boosts physical and mental energy, and enhances well-being through the release of endorphins. Anything that gets you moving can help, but you'll get a bigger benefit if you pay attention instead of zoning out.
My method of motivation to keep you pushing your limits is by far the difference between where you want to be versus where your going to be.
