What Is the Best Way to Lose Fat? 

The simple answer is that there is no “best way” to lose fat but each client will respond differently to a program -  we don't do cookie cutter programs, it's customized to your needs.



If I lift weights, will I get bigger muscles? 

Depending on the goal really, like it's mostly the fear for woman to get that bulky look when lifting heavier weights than usual but that's not the case because woman don't produce enough testosterone to get bulky. In the case where they want to get bigger muscles is defined through workout regime and nutrition adherence.



How do I get a flat stomach?  

Low body percentage, combined with cardio would depend with each client and the role of diet must not be underestimated. For men to see visible abs would be from 15% and less and for women is 22% and less.



Should I do cardio first or weight training first?  

Every coach/trainer has their method but  depending on the workout schedule is when I would suggest to do what first because of energy consumption. For example, if it's legday - I'm not going to suggest to hit cardio first because I want the energy used more towards the exercises and then if they have the energy left to continue is when they can do cardio after.



Do I need to take dietary supplements? 

No not necessary but would suggest it if certain nutrients cannot be met through whole foods. For example, the most common supplement I would suggest for Vegans is protein powder.



How do I get rid of my flabby arms? 

The truth is that “spot reducing” and “spot toning” is a myth, because we cannot dictate from where our bodies will decide to oxidize fat, nor can we change fat into muscle.  As you age, your skin will become less elastic and thus conform less to their arms. So “flabby arms” are somewhat a product of age. Any exercise that decreases body fat will help your clients lose fat on their arms, just as it will help them lose fat from other areas of the body. 



How often should I work out/lift weights?

Nothing wrong with lifting weights every day, just as there is nothing wrong with running every day. Muscles do not know the difference between lifting weights or running; the only thing muscles know how to do is to contract to overcome a resistance, it all depends on their goal.
